How to copy toolbar buttons between users or groups

This process will require a level of permission authority that not all users may have

To create consistency between users/groups, toolbar buttons can be copied between users/groups. You may also have some buttons that have particular settings or attributes that you want other users to have on their toolbars.

To copy toolbar buttons from one user’s toolbar to another user’s toolbar:

  1. Go to System > Command > User Management > Copy toolbar buttons between users or groups
  2. Fill out each section from left to right and click on the Run button at the bottom left (for further help on how to use this screen, click on the Help menu item)
